Omni, (adjective) prefix from Latin – Omnis: all, universally, everything. Logos/logy, (adjective) prefix from Latin – Logia: the study of something, the branch of knowledge of a discipline, oral or written expression, science.
As librarian, I have long believed that knowledge is for everyone and information wants to be free. And as a knowledge center, Omnilogos presents various freemium scientific journals, papers, features, essays, and news archives.
One of the purpose, I want to liberate all the scientific literature to prevent plagiarism of ideas among intellectuals. I believe, every scientists thoughts can be a good reference to others, which hopefully will broaden our mind. There are people who do not have money to subscribe an expensive scientific literature. Knowledge should not be treated and restricted that way. Knowledge is everyone’s right.
I always feel guilty when I post an article without description of the author. As you can see, all the posts written in Omnilogos, I always put the author’s credit. Sometimes I find articles with no description about who wrote them. So, if you see us publishing your article without writing your name as the author, please let me know, so I can fix it. You can participate by submitting your essay paper too. For any further contact or information, feel free to ask me on Twitter.
Honestly, I use the ads revenue to fund journal subscriptions, digitization process, hosting expense, and all other costs.
